Beverly A. Bowman, CPA, graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. She has over 25 years of service in public accounting as well as several years as controller of a privately held company. Beverly was owner and president of B.A. Bowman, CPA, P.A. from May 1988 until December 2002. She has experience in many areas of audit, financial and tax services, but specializes in small business services, including computer applications. Beverly’s clients have included retail operation, personal service entities, medical practices and internal and external audits of banks. She has served on the board of various non-profit organizations, including the American Diabetes Association of Arkansas where she has served as chairman of the board.

Seaborn J. Bell, Jr., CPA, has more than 28 years experience in the accounting industry, both in the private industry and in public accounting. He specializes in services to the construction industry, small businesses, and estates and trusts. Seaborn was owner and president of Seaborn J. Bell & Company, P.A. until December 2002. He is a member in good standing with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Arkansas Society of Public Accountants, and American Society of Accountants.

George W. Foster, CPA, has over 30 years experience in public accounting as a CPA. He was formerly chairman of the Peer Review Committee of the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He was owner and president of Foster, Fleming & Company, P.A. until December 2002. He has experience in a variety of industries, including financial institutions. George provides auditing, accounting and tax services and his clients have included nonprofit organizations, HUD organizations (both profit and nonprofit), utilities, governmental organizations, retailers and financial institutions.

Richard H. Fleming, CPA, has 23 years experience in public accounting and was previously a manager for a big-eight accounting firm prior to spending ten years in private industry as a consultant, a corporate controller and financial vice president. Richard has more than 20 years experience with personal computers. His clients have included manufacturers, construction contractors, professional organizations and retailers. Richard was owner and vice-president of Foster, Fleming and Company, P.A. until December 2002.
